21st WCO Class

June 24, 2016

Eighteen members of the 21st Waterways Conservation Officer (WCO) class graduated from training during a commencement ceremony held June 24 in the Keystone Conference Center, Fort Indiantown Gap.

Lieutenant Colonel Larry P. Furlong, Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission (PFBC) Bureau of Law Enforcement (BLE), was Master of Ceremonies. The National Anthem was sung by Cassandra Munsee, and the invocation and benediction was given by Douglas A. Etter, Division Chaplain, 28th Infantry Division. Executive Director John A. Arway, PFBC, and Commission President Edward P. Mascharka III, PFBC, delivered the keynote addresses. Nathan A. Hancock spoke on behalf of the graduates. Colonel Corey L. Britcher, BLE Director, PFBC, gave the oath of office. Presentation of diplomas and recognition awards followed.
