Located
in Wayne County,
Lebanon Township, Lower Woods Pond is a 91-acre lake owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and managed by the Fish and Boat Commission for public fishing and boating.
Lower Woods Pond is stocked with walleye fingerlings. It also offers
a nice panfish fishery focusing primarily on bluegills. Alewife are the main forage species in the lake.
BOATING
Boating at Lower Woods Pond is limited to boats powered by electric motors and un-powered boats. There is a surfaced
launch ramp and associated parking facilities.
