COUNTIES: Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne, Wyoming
Commissioner Norman Gavlick of Kingston (Luzerne County) represents the Seventh District of Pennsylvania as a member of the Fish and Boat Commission. He rejoined the Commission in September 2010 after previously completing the term of former Commissioner Frederick Osifat.
Commissioner Gavlick is the President of Gavlick Outdoors, and the President of Sunami Finesse Lures, Inc. He holds memberships in the North American Fishing Club; Bass Anglers Sportsman’s Society (BASS); National Rifle Association; Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation; Oregon Hunters Association; and the North Branch Smallmouth Alliance.

Commissioner Gavlick and his wife, Angela, have five children and one grandson.
