Commercial Harvest of Snapping Turtle Permit
Required to hunt, take, catch, or kill common snapping turtles for the purpose of sale, barter, or trade.
Paper applications are no longer accepted, permits can be obtained online at
huntfish.pa.gov or from an
issuing agent.
Venomous Snake Permit
Required to hunt, take, catch, or kill timber rattlesnakes or northern copperhead snakes.
Paper applications are no longer accepted, permits can only be obtained from an issuing agent and cannot be purchased online.
